Bebe Rexha was taken to hospital after an alleged man throws a cell phone over the face of the pop star. On Sunday when Bebe Rexha was performing at The Rooftop at Pier 17 in Lower Manhattan a 27-year-old man, Nicolas Malvagna throws his cell phone on Rexha’s face. Although soon after the incident happened Malvagna was arrested and charged with assault.
The alleged man for his shameful act delivered a weird statement at the Manhattan District Attorney’s office that he wanted to see whether he could hit her with the phone at the end of the show as according to him it would be funny.
Live footage of the incident is circulating on the social media platform where Rexha was hit by the cell phone on her left cheek, slightly below her eyes. The throw would have caused harm to her eyes but thankfully the pop star is safe and well.
Rexha on another day posted her picture on Instagram with the caption “I’m good”. She is fine now and will be performing Tuesday night in Philadelphia. A spokesperson for The Fillmore Philadelphia shared the news that Rexha will be performing despite her injuries that occurred during the New York City concert.
